Friday night is always a night off from the kitchen, so we have a take away pizza.
Looks as though we have quite a bit of work coming in so we made the most and had a tootle out and about.
Saturday - Jon was working in the garden cutting back old trees and bushes. All very tiring so we had an afternoon at home just generally tidying up. General housework and washing - I have stopped using fabric conditioner and use white vinegar instead. Results are quite exciting really with no awful smells!
Saturday night Jon cooks us steak. Must say the steaks this week were a bit on the large side and we both felt really full. Note to butcher for next week me thinks. Did a food shop so I think the week's menu is sorted.
Sunday night - smoked salmon, new potatoes, red onion salad and beetroot.
Monday Tuna Steaks with same.
Tuesday Beef curry - hopefully sufficient for 3 nightsand then we are back on track for pizza, smaller steak on Saturday and theNesbitt routine kicks in.
