My journey to achieve a healthier lifestyle and to be in a "better place" regarding my weight issue has been a slow but steady process. Food is an important part of my life, I LOVE pottering in the kitchen and enjoying good meals with my lovely husband, friends and family. This is a record of bits and bobs I have used which I hope will help others, whether to loose weight, experiment with some recipes, find healthy alternatives to food favourites or just have fun in the kitchen.
