1 tub of Quark
1 tub of fat free cottage cheese
Sweetener
Dissolve the sweetener in a tablespoon of boiling water. Add to beaten eggs, stir in quark and cottage cheese.
Pour into flan dish and cook at 200 for 20-30 minutes. Should be firm to the touch - can always turn down the temperature and leave for a while longer.
Chill and serve,
Some may prefer a smoother consistency - in which case blast the cottage cheese in a blender, together with the beaten eggs.
