Beetroot Trifle


My trifle experiment ! Sugarfree raspberry jelly with pomegranete seeds, raspberries and the beetroot twist as a base. Instead of blancmange I dissolved another jelly packet with a tub of fat free yoghurt. Top - instead of cream I used quark. One of the most controversial dishes I have ever made! People are still talking about it - and not for the right reasons! The beetroot needed to be finely chopped, even grated. I will not give up! Watch this space!
