Food is an important part of my life, I LOVE pottering in the kitchen and enjoy good meals with my husband, friends and family. This is a record of bits and bobs I have used which I hope will help others, whether to lose weight, experiment with some recipes, find healthy alternatives to food favourites or just have fun in the kitchen.
My journey was not a lonely, uninspiring one, it was down to the wonderful family who supported me and my awesome friends at Slimming World
