Food is an important part of my life, I LOVE pottering in the kitchen and enjoy good meals with my husband, friends and family. This is a record of bits and bobs I have used which I hope will help others, whether to lose weight, experiment with some recipes, find healthy alternatives to food favourites or just have fun in the kitchen. My journey was not a lonely, uninspiring one, it was down to the wonderful family who supported me and my awesome friends at Slimming World
Baked apple cheesecake.
Like many of my SW pals I am a fan of the M&S baked Apple Yoghurt. Take 1 m&s baked apple yoghourt. Dissolve sweetener in one teaspoon of boiling water add to yoghurt. Whisk in 3 beaten eggs.....cook at 200 for 30 minutes or until firm to touch, and chill. Grate over some fresh apple and add raspberries. Produced 10 of these miniatures. Awesome
