Food is an important part of my life, I LOVE pottering in the kitchen and enjoy good meals with my husband, friends and family. This is a record of bits and bobs I have used which I hope will help others, whether to lose weight, experiment with some recipes, find healthy alternatives to food favourites or just have fun in the kitchen. My journey was not a lonely, uninspiring one, it was down to the wonderful family who supported me and my awesome friends at Slimming World
Soup
I always have a salad box on the go lasts 1 day at its best sometimes stretches over- there was a good amount so I removed the high water content stuff ie tomatoes and cucumber blasted the rest with a couple of know veg stock cubes and some water - absolutely awesome! Will defo be a favourite with me! Added a good amount to a curry I have on the go instead of a tin of chopped tomatoes - gave it all a different taste
